Throughout DElia's new construction and residential remodeling projects we work closely with clients in developing detailed plans and specifications.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
We assist clients through the entire construction process. Communicating and managing construction projects through regular plan reviews with clients. As a licensed California Contractor we work closely with city planning offices to apply and work through the permit process from submission to the city through the final sign off.

D’Elia Construction offers project management services as part of every project. Depending on the complexity of the project, we can offer full and part time project management.
